Information only

Content is provided as is, for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, immigration, admission or career advice; consult a qualified professional or the institution. Tools give estimates and comparisons, not decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, disrupt it, scrape or systematically extract it without written permission, introduce malware or impersonate anyone.

Intellectual property

Text, data compilations, tools and design belong to designcourse.in or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use and short quotations with a link are allowed. Institution names and logos identify their programmes and imply no endorsement. Use of the site’s content for AI training is subject to llms.txt and robots.txt.

Third-party links, advertising and affiliates

We are not responsible for third-party sites. Any advertising, sponsored listing or affiliate link will be disclosed.

Limits of the service

DesignCourse does not provide admission, award qualifications or act as an institution’s application portal. The directory is a selection and does not cover every eligible programme.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is capped at INR 1,000. Where a jurisdiction limits these exclusions, they apply only as far as allowed.

General

Indemnity, force majeure, termination, severability, no waiver and entire-agreement terms apply as is standard for a site of this kind.

Disputes

Please raise a concern first through the contact form under the “Legal” topic; we aim to resolve it within 30 days. If it is not resolved, disputes go to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Subject to arbitration, the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction. Injunctive relief for intellectual property is preserved.
